The hotel is a true ski-in, ski-out gem with friendly staff. The rooms, though a bit small for a family, are kept clean daily. The dining experience offers a good selection of cold cuts and cheese but lacks variety. The location is perfect for skiing back to the hotel and enjoying nearby bars. The service, especially from the girls at reception and Nelline at dinner, is top-notch.
The hotel's location is excellent, with the ability to ski/snowboard directly from the property. The rooms, although a bit long in the tooth and small, are nicely decorated. The service from the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially for early breakfast requests. The dining options, while not offering much variety, are satisfactory. Being right on the piste and close to lifts and bars makes the location ideal.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit small, but the comfortable bed made up for it. The walls were thin, and the room felt overheated at times. The service was fantastic, from the friendly and helpful staff to their willingness to accommodate our needs.
